Return Policy

Mis-shipments by Bennett Supply will be returned for full credit at no charge to our customer on the next available Bennett truck.

Merchandise with manufacturing defect, including concealed damage, will be returned at no charge to our customer.

Bennett supply reserves the right to inspect goods to confirm the validity of the claim, prior to returning merchandise or issuing credit.

Material misordered or over-ordered may be accepted for return by the end of the month following delivery. Material must be in clean and resellable condition, without price stickers, and accompanied by appropriate paperwork. A 30% restocking charge will apply to lumber items, with a $30 minimum charge. A 20% restocking charge will apply to all other items, with a $20 minimum charge.

Special orders not normally stocked by Bennett Supply are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
